How To Sign Up For TSA PreCheck?
- Go to TSA’s website.
- Click on “Apply Now” under TSA PreCheck.
- Fill out a brief questionnaire to confirm your eligibility for TSA PreCheck.
- Provide information regarding your identifying documents, including I.D., driver’s license, and passport.
- Select an enrollment center from TSA’s 370 plus enrollment centers.
- Schedule an appointment for TSA PreCheck approval.
- Look for a confirmation email.
- Upon confirmation, visit the enrollment center for a background check, fingerprint verification, and payment of the application fee.
Renewing TSA PreCheck
Once you register for TSA PreCheck, it’s an easy process to renew once it has expired. Under the TSA PreCheck Renewal page, travelers enter the existing Known Traveler Number (KTN), name, and date of birth. The last step is paying the renewal fee and you can renew their TSA PreCheck membership within 6 months before the expiration date.
